I have used the old Copy Machine on almost a daily basis for six months+. It is solid and simple. My compliments!

I scan exclusively to pdf, as I use the program for business documents. My suggestion is to add the capability for the user to select and lock in a default file.

I will begin using the 1.5.0 version immediately and look forward to the new functionality.

I do not know if I understand you correctly?

Do you mean that the program has to remember the last used file name you typed, instead of scan.pdf?

Or you want some sort of setting where you say always scan to a specific directory.
But what's about the file name, always the same (it will overwrite the previous one), or do you want an increasing numbering, like scan01.pdf, scan02.pdf,...
