File Association Problems under Vista and higher |

With UAC enabled it may happen that the file types association or unassociation with FreeVimager is not working correctly. The solution is to uninstall your currently installed FreeVimager and re-install FreeVimager 1.5.0 or higher. Even if FreeVimager 1.5.0 or higher is already installed, it's necessary to uninstall it first and re-install it afterwards! It may also help to run the application with Administrator rights to change the file types associations.
