SmartScreen declares all executables as potentially dangerous until they have built up a reputation with Microsoft.
A. Download
- Click the three dots and choose Keep:
- Click Show more and choose Keep anyway:
B. Run installer / executable
- Click More info:
- Press Run anyway:
